Getting started
What happens in the free consultation?
It is a relaxed 20–30 minute conversation by video call or phone. We ask about the student, their goals and any concerns, answer your questions and recommend next steps. There is no cost and no obligation.
Who should fill in the booking form?
If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian should submit the form. Students who are 18 or older can book for themselves.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within [CONFIRM one to two weeks] of the consultation, depending on the subject and schedule. During busy times, such as before exams, we recommend reaching out early.
Do you offer sessions in Nepali?
Yes. Sessions are mainly in English, and we can explain concepts and talk with families in Nepali when that is helpful.
Sessions & format
Do you offer online and in-person sessions?
Yes. We offer online sessions to students anywhere in Canada and in-person sessions in Brampton, Ontario.
What do we need for online sessions?
A computer or tablet with a camera, a microphone or headset, and a reliable internet connection. A quiet space helps. We will send a private link before each session.
How long are sessions?
Most sessions are [CONFIRM 60 minutes]. Younger students may do shorter sessions, and senior students sometimes prefer 90 minutes before exams.
Can parents sit in on sessions?
Of course. Parents and guardians are always welcome to observe.
Results & expectations
Can you guarantee better marks or admission to a program?
No. No honest tutor or consultant can guarantee marks, admission or career outcomes, because these depend on many factors, including the student’s effort and each institution’s decisions. We help students build stronger skills and applications, and we are honest about progress along the way.
How do you measure progress?
We set clear goals at the start, track understanding and effort in each session, and share regular updates with parents. Marks are one measure; confidence and independence matter too.
Pricing & policies
How much does it cost?
Prices depend on the service and package. You can see our current rates in Canadian dollars on the Pricing page, and the first consultation is always free.
What is your cancellation policy?
[CONFIRM] We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session at no charge. Full details are on the Pricing page and in our Terms of Service.
Do you offer sibling or package discounts?
[CONFIRM] Monthly tutoring plans cost less per session than single sessions. Ask us about options for families with more than one student.
Privacy & safety
How do you keep students safe?
Parents are always welcome to observe, online sessions use private links, and we never record sessions without written permission. [VERIFY your tutor screening policy.] Read more on our About page.
What do you do with my information?
We use it only to provide our services and communicate with you. We never sell personal information. You can ask to see or delete your information at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Our honest promise: we work hard to help every student build stronger skills, habits and applications. We cannot guarantee specific marks, admission to any program or career outcomes — those depend on many factors, including each student’s effort and each institution’s decisions.
