Our commitment

Learnish Academy is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

  • Use colour combinations that meet contrast requirements, and never rely on colour alone.
  • Support keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to main content” link.
  • Use clear headings, one main heading per page, and descriptive link text.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Label every form field clearly, explain errors in words, and avoid time limits.
  • Design for phones, tablets and computers, and allow text to be enlarged without losing content.
  • Respect “reduce motion” settings and avoid flashing content.
  • Write in plain language that students and parents can follow.

Known limitations

We test our website regularly, but some content — for example, documents or videos from third parties — may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to improve. [CONFIRM after your accessibility review]

Services and alternative formats

If you need information in a different format, or an accommodation for a consultation or session (for example, captions, larger materials, or a different communication method), please tell us. We will work with you to find a solution.

Report a problem

If you have trouble using any part of our website, please let us know. Tell us the page, the problem and the device or assistive technology you were using.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within [CONFIRM 3] business days.

Ontario accessibility law
